Online Registration—Members who are up-to-date with their membership dues may register online for the Spring Meeting and Clinical Congress. The general registration fee for the Clinical Congress is waived automatically when the Membership number is entered into the online registration form. (Note: Additional fees will be charged for postgraduate courses.) Members are required to pay a registration fee for the Spring Meeting.

Publications and Services Catalog—Members rates are available for selected publications listed in the College's annual Publications and Services Catalog. These selected publications are billed at the discounted Fellowship rate when the Fellowship number is entered into the online publications order form.
